Ralph Bromley is President and co-founder of Hope For The Nations. His passion for the issues facing 'Children at Risk' has taken him to many nations of the world. His heart is to see the practice of “pure and simple religion…caring for orphans and widows in distress,” expressed through the power of the Holy Spirit, one life at a time. He uses the tools of coalition and entrepreneurship to help shape a world fit for the child.

His mandate of mercy is to see individuals, ministries, corporations and churches mobilized to chart a course of action that will impact the destiny of the next generation: His vision statement: "Today's Orphans, Tomorrow's Leaders.”

Donna Bromley’s passion for prophetic intercession has been one of her primary leadership expressions for the past two decades. She is equally passionate about helping provide strategic intervention and protection for children at risk. Ralph and Donna have modeled a lifestyle of caring for the poor and needy, both at home and in the nations, for many years. Ralph and Donna have three children and seven grandchildren. Their home is in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.

Ralph and Donna have recently joined the XPmissions Team with the view to sharing “Extreme Love … one life at a time.”

Lorrie Myers has served as Extreme Prophetic’s Operations Manager, helps oversee the XPmedia department, and now brings her administrative skills, organizational gifting, spirit of excellence, and compassion for the needy to the XPmissions team. Lorrie’s past experience with YWAM Missions left a permanent mark on her heart, and she is thrilled to be able to once again help extend the reach of the Lord around the world to those who are in need.

Lorrie splits her time between our Canada and US offices. She is the driving force behind any operational process that takes place in the creation and the management behind our Missions and Media Departments.

Malina Zlatkova was born and raised in a communist country where churches were banned and people weren’t allowed to practice Christianity. She moved to Canada to pursue her education and completed her B.A. in International Development. She speaks four languages and has lived in three countries.

Her passion for children and their wellbeing has resulted in the creation of a 24/7 prayer chain for children at risk and the monthly prayer directives for the children. She is driven to see XPmissions succeed in the developing of strategies and projects that will bring hope and freedom in the darkest places of the world.
