Andrea Aasen oversees XP Missions and is currently living and serving with our team in Cambodia. She is an apostolic leader that is passionate about Jesus and has a heart to see God’s justice and love released to the nations. Andrea has a special heart for women and children that have been abused and exploited, specifically through human trafficking, and serves as an advocate for their rights and freedom. She longs to see the restoration of purity in the earth and to see all brought out of darkness and into God’s marvelous light (1 Peter 2:9).
Amy Learn oversees training and discipleship for our Everlasting Love (EL) social business. She is currently living and serving with our team in Cambodia and works daily to mentor and supervise women coming from broken and exploited backgrounds. Amy’s heart is to see lives transformed, where her ability to love persons to life has cultivated an atmosphere of healing and restoration. Amy is also an artist and intercessor that prophetically calls out the best in each woman that comes into the program. Her gifts of administration and management have attributed to the growth and development of the products and the people producing them.
GUENTHER & BRENDA JANZEN
Guenther and Brenda oversee our XP Children’s House, Missionary House, and team relations. This dynamic couple moved to Cambodia in 2012 and worked for a year with our team in Poipet, leading social business ventures and assisting to mentor local Khmer and visiting internationals. Brenda is an excellent teacher and administrator and a keen business woman with a dedicated heart for the one. Guenther is a passionate intercessor and evangelist with a pastoral heart and a desire for the nations. He loves leading teams and mentoring men and children alike. In 2016, they rejoined our Cambodia team where they are now working in a variety of leadership and project management roles, also pioneering our men’s ministry program, Cut Free Cambodia campaign and rehabilitation program, and a variety of micro-business initiatives.
Tami has served in various short and long-term capacities with YWAM (Youth With a Mission) in Cambodia, since 2011. The depths of God’s love and justice for children, families, and those from exploitative backgrounds were first revealed to her here. She shares His zeal for the mending of broken families, thriving in Kingdom culture. Tami desires every child to grow up in a life-giving home, being celebrated, free to laugh, dream and just be a kid. She’s passionate about people receiving complete healing: emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Tami joyfully joins the XP team, serving as the Counseling and Training Coordinator.
John is the Director of our Cambodian Kid’s Justice Houses of Prayer. As a Teen Challenge Graduate, God has given John a heart for the broken and oppressed. John is a fervent intercessor and evangelist with a special gift of plowing hard ground and building through prayer. He loves mentoring children and youth and seeing the gospel brought to the nations. John’s heart burns to impart the power of the Holy Spirit in the ministry of Intercession, raising up an army that loves to pray.
